PharmaceuticalPricing is provided by URCH Publishing Ltd., a UK-based independent provider of business information to the biotech, chemicals and pharmaceutical industry.

What are your customer service hours?

Our office is open 9.15am to 5.45pm (UK time), on all UK business days. Calls outside these hours will be answered by an overflow service.

How long does it take to access the information?

If you subscribe using a credit card, access is instant.

How do I pay?

The quickest way to access the information is to use any major credit card through the secure online ordering system. We can also invoice companies after a credit check. This may be suitable for larger subscriptions.

How do I set up an organisation-wide licence?

The system allows you to set-up a user base of up to five named people that you manage. This is ideal for departmental access. For organisation-wide access please contact us for a quotation.

Can I just access one country report?

Yes. Many of our customers only ever need information on one country.

Can I have a trial of the system?

Due to the nature of the system and information content, we cannot offer a trial period. However, we are happy to answer any questions or send you a sample profile.

What are the sources of your information?

Information comes from many and varied sources including newspapers, government documents, industry associations, NGOs and our network of contacts in each country. Market figures are the latest publicly available from reliable sources.

How often are country profiles updated?

Each profile is updated at least four times a year. News articles are added on a regular basis.

Can I change my subscription?

You can freely add countries or regions to you subscription.
If you upgrade to a regional subscription your account will be credited any difference between the single country price and the regional price.

Can I get a hard copy of the country report?

Attractively bound print copies of any country report can be supplied upon request. A charge is made for printing and delivery. Email for a price.
